- 1 sourdough bread bowl
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.75 lb macaroni noodles
- 8 ounces French Brie cheese
- 8 ounces Camembert cheese
- 0.25 c Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 0.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs

Preparation of Bread Bowl
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Using a serrated knife, cut out the outline of a pine tree.
3. Hollow out the loaf with your hands and discard or save for later.
4. Brush the interior of the bread with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes and set aside.
5. Cook noodles until they are al dente, set aside, and save 1/2 cup of pasta water for later.
Preparing the Cheese Sauce
1. Remove Brie and Camembert from packaging and cut into cubes.
2. In a medium pot over medium-low heat, add heavy cream and the cheese.
3. Stir continuously using a spatula.
4. Season with black pepper and salt.
5. After 5 minutes, add butter and dijon mustard.
6. Stir for 10 minutes until melted, if the sauce appears too thick, add a little pasta water.
7. Mix in noodles and serve inside the bread bowl.
8. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake for 8 minutes at 400°F.
9. Serve and enjoy.
