Directions

1. In a deep plate, combine greek yoghurt, minced garlic and dill or chives. The traditional dish is made with a lot of dill, but depending on taste and availability, chives will give it a fresh kick. Mix together and add salt to taste.
2. In a pan, melt the butter. Turn off the flame and add smoked paprika and chili powder. The spices burn really fast, so make sure the butter is not bubbling hot anymore. Set it aside.
3. Poach an egg: Crack an egg into a mug. Add 1 tbsp white vinegar in a pot of water. Bring it to simmer (not boil). Using a spoon, create a whirl by stirring really fast. Then gently pour the egg inside the whirl. Let it cook for 2.5 minutes. It might not look as pretty as at your fav brunch spot, but it tastes just as good!
4. Place the egg on top of the yogurt, and drizzle over the spicy butter. Top with some fresh dill and enjoy!
