- 5 shrimps
- 3 Large eggs, at room temperature
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 0.125 tsp White pepper, ground
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- 4 tbsp Oil

1. Clean the shrimps and take your eggs out of the refrigerator early since it is best to cook them at room temperature.
2. Beat your eggs in a bowl and add salt, soy sauce, white pepper, sesame oil, and green onion - set aside.
1. Heat a pan on medium and add in the oil, swirl the oil around the pan and cook the shrimp for around 1 minute on each side.
2. Next, lower the heat and add in the egg mixture.
3. Use a wooden spoon or spatula and fold the eggs gently but quickly until the eggs are fluffy.
1. Once the eggs look done, transfer to a plate on a bed of white rice and garnish with some green onion.
