- 1 Red onion, Diced
- 0.25 c Cilantro, Chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves, Crushed
- 4 Limes
- 1 lb Cooked Shrimp
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 Avocado, Diced

1. Dice your tomatoes, red onions and avocado and chop cilantro.
2. In a bowl add your tomatoes, red onion and chopped cilantro and crushed garlic.
3. Juice limes over mixture and mix everything up.
4. Toss in your shrimp and seasoning and give it another mix.
5. Lastly, throw in your avocado and gently mix in to avoid it from getting mushy.
6. Enjoy with tortilla chips or plantain chips.
