- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1.5 lbs New York strip steak
- 1 green pepper
- 1 Onion, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- flatbread
- Salsa, for serving

1. Create your rub by mixing together 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
2. Take your New York strip steak and cut it into bite-size strips.
3. Coat about 75% of the rub mixture onto the steak strips, ensuring they are well-seasoned. Set it aside for 15 to 20 minutes to marinate.
4. While the steak is marinating, slice your veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms, or your preferred choice).
5. In a bowl, mix the sliced veggies with the remaining rub and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring the veggies are evenly coated.
6. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
7. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with tinfoil and spraying it with oil to prevent sticking.
8. Spread the seasoned veggies evenly on the baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
9. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the marinated steak strips on top of the veggies.
10. Place the baking sheet back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
11. Once cooked, remove from the oven, and your delicious steak and veggie dish is ready to enjoy.
12. Serve with your favorite flatbread, salsa, or guacamole for a flavorful meal.
