Ingredients

Bottom Chocolate Layer
- 0.25 cup Peanut butter, or almond butter (I used natural PB)
- 1.5 Tbs Coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbs Maple syrup, or agave (or any sweetener that you prefer)
Top Nut Butter Layer
- 0.25 cup Peanut butter, or almond butter (I used natural PB)
- 1.5 Tbs Coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbs Maple syrup, or agave (or any sweetener that you prefer)
- 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

1. Line a muffin tin with baking liners and spray with cooking oil and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the chocolate ingredients (bottom layer). Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together the nut butter ingredients (top layer). Set aside.
4. Scoop 1 tsp of the chocolate (bottom layer) into each muffin cup. Repeat until you filled all 12 cups.
5. Scoop 1 tsp of the nut butter on top of the chocolate layer. You can use the back of a spoon to spread the nut butter evenly on top of the chocolate.
6. Sprinkle with some sea salt on top (optional).
7. Place muffin tin into the freezer (make sure it’s laid down straight so that nothing spills and the cups freeze evenly) for 45 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy! You can either store the cups in the freezer or fridge. Personal preference!
