- 0.5 can Tomato sauce, of choice
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- Fresh basil, chopped
- 0.25 red onion diced
- 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp za'atar
- salt & pepper

1. Heat a medium skillet over med-high heat.
2. Add olive oil and onions.
3. Cook onions for 2-3 minutes until soft and add in tomatoes.
4. Season with salt & pepper and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
5. Add in tomato sauce and bring temp to low-med.
6. Once simmered, crack the eggs directly into the sauce and cover with a saucepan lid for 4-5 minutes.
7. Once eggs are cooked to liking, remove from heat and top with black pepper and basil.
8. Serve and enjoy!
