- 1 tsp Chinese black vinegar
- Cucumber
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 Tbs Peanut butter, or sesame paste
- 1 pinch Salt
- Scallions
- Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbs Soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- chili oil
- crushed peanuts
- 0.33333333333333331 cup broth or water
- 1.5 Tbs shacha sauce
- 4 oz dried noodles

1. Mince the garlic cloves. Heat up a pan to medium heat. Give shacha sauce a mix and add it to the pan, making sure to get some oil from the sauce. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 min or until fragrant.
2. Add soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, sugar, small pinch of salt, chicken broth or water, and peanut butter. Mix well and cook for 2 min or until slightly thickened. Turn off heat and set aside.
3. Boil your noodles according to package directions.
4. Drain and add the cooked noodles into a bowl with the shacha peanut sauce, and add any optional toppings such as cucumber, scallions, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts, and chili oil. Mix well and enjoy!
