- 6 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
- 0.5 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 0.5 tbsp Szechuan chili flakes
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 0.25 tsp msg
- 6 oz dried noodles
- 0.25 c Neutral oil, I used avocado oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil

Preparing the Sauce
1. In a ceramic or oven safe bowl, add minced garlic, ginger, scallions, sesame seeds, Szechuan chili flakes, sugar, white pepper, and MSG.
2. Heat 1/4 cup neutral oil to 375F and carefully pour the oil over your ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined.
3. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and sesame oil once the oil has cooled slightly.
Preparing the Noodles
1. Cook your noodles in boiling water according to package directions.
2. Drain and add to your bowl.
3. Mix, and garnish with freshly chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
4. Enjoy!
