Ingredients

Salmon
- 4 wild caught salmon pieces
- 1 tbsp herb seasoning
- 1 tbsp Butter
Salad
- Spinach and spring Mix
- Cherry tomatoes
- shredded carrots
- sliced cucumbers
- any other vegetables
Dressing
- 1 tbsp herb seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Directions

To cook the salmon
1. Rub your favorite herb seasoning and salt & pepper to taste on the salmon.
2. Add oil onto salmon skin just before cooking.
3. Add butter to the frypan over a medium heat.
4. Place salmon portions skin side down on frypan for 5 mins on each side. OR cover and cook for 10 minutes until the fish is fully cooked to your liking.
For the salad dressing
1. Add your favorite herb seasoning into a small dish.
2. Add the oil and vinegars, and mix well.
3. Allow it to sit for a few minutes so that the flavors combine.
4. Prepare your salad, top with the salmon, and add the dressing.
5. Enjoy!
