- 0.5 Avocado, cubed
- 1 Scallion, sliced
- 0.25 c Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Cream cheese, as desired
- Sour cream, as desired
- Cilantro

Soy honey salmon bites
- 0.5 lb salmon
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 clove Garlic, pressed
Pickled red onions + jalapeños
- 0.25 c Hot water
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 0.25 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small jalapeño
- 1 tsp Salt

Prepare the vegetables
1. Prepare the cucumbers, avocado, cilantro, scallions, jalapeños and red onions.
Prepare the pickled onions and jalapeños
1. Place the jalapeños and red onions in a jar with the sugar, salt, hot water and vinegar.
2. Let sit for 10 minutes before enjoying.
Prepare the salmon
1. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
2. Mix the honey, garlic, and soy together with the salmon and air fry at 400F for 5-7 minutes, or until desired doneness.
Assemble the nachos
