Ingredients

Pasta
- 16 oz penne pasta
Meat Mixture
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Yellow onion
- 1.5 c Marinara Sauce
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Onion powder
Bechamel Sauce
- 0.75 c Flour
- 1 stick Butter
- 6 c Milk
- 1 tbsp Ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp White pepper
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
- salt and pepper

Directions

1. Cook Pasta according to package and drain after cooking.
2. In a pan, add ground beef until brown, add onions and seasonings. Finally add marinara saucee and set aside.
3. In a seperate pan, add flour and butter on medium heat until butter is melter and flour is incorporated.
4. Once roue is thick, add milk, one cup at a time and stir frequently so nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan.
5. Once all milk is added to pan, add seasonings until mixture is thick.
6. Mix 1/2 cup of Bechamel sauce with pasta to coat.
7. In a baking dish, layer (from bottom up), a ladle of Bechamel sauce, 1/2 of penne pasta, meat mixture then remainder of penne pasta.
8. Top with remaining bechamel sauce.
9. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min until top is golden and bubble.
