- 1 tin Wild Planet's Wild Pink Salmon
- 8 oz Spinach
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Shallot, minced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 1.5 oz Cream cheese
- 1.5 oz creamy herbed gournay cheese
- 1 sheet Puff pastry, thawed
- 0.25 Lemon, juiced
- Parmesan cheese, for topping

1. In a pan over medium-low heat, melt your butter.
2. Add minced shallots and minced garlic.
3. Saute until softened.
4. Add spinach and saute until wilted.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Add cream cheese and creamy herbed gournay cheese and allow to melt.
7. Add lemon juice.
8. Stir to combine.
9. Roll out your puff pastry and divide into 9 equal squares.
10. Place them in a muffin tin and using a fork, poke holes in the bottom of each puff pastry.
11. Add spinach mixture, make a hole in the spinach mixture to place the Wild Planet Wild Pink Salmon, cover with the spinach mixture and top with parmesan cheese.
12. Bake at 400F for 25-28 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
13. Enjoy immediately.
