- 0.75 c cooked sushi rice
- 120 g salmon fillet
- 0.5 Cucumber, finely sliced
- 0.5 Avocado, mashed
- spring onions
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp kecap manis
- 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- Sesame seeds
- Lime

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Marinade salmon fillet with kecap manis and place in oven for 15 mins.
3. Cook sushi rice to packet instructions.
4. Pack rice into waffle maker on the highest heat for 8 mins or until crispy.
5. Flake the salmon with a fork to bite size pieces.
6. Top the crispy rice waffle with the avocado, cucumber, salmon, the kecap manis, kewpie mayo, sriracha, sesame seeds and lime.
