Recipe Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breast
- 6 Bacon, chopped
- 1 c Cheese
- 1 box wild rice
- 1 c Mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Extra virgin olive oil

Cooking the bacon and mushrooms
1. Cook your bacon on medium heat until brown and crispy.
2. Set aside and drain any excess fat.
3. In the same skillet, add butter and saute your mushrooms until most of the water has removed and they are tender.
Cooking the rice
1. While you're cooking your bacon and mushrooms, cook your rice.
Preparing the stuffing
1. Mix together your rice, cooked bacon, sauteed mushrooms, and as much cheese as you like.
Preparing the chicken
1. Add your chicken breast to a lined baking sheet.
2. Split each chicken breast down the middle but not through the other side.
3. Add your mix of stuffing to the middle of the chicken breast. Some of it may be set on top.
Baking the chicken
1. Bake your chicken in the oven at 375° F for 32-40 minutes until the internal temperature has reached 165° F.
Serving the dish
1. Once your chicken is completely cooked through, remove it from the oven and serve it with your favorite vegetable.
2. Enjoy!
