- 2 lb Salmon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Yum Yum Sauce
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp apple cider or rice vinegar
- 1.5 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter, melted
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- water, until desired consistency (I used 3 tablespoons)

For the yum yum sauce
1. Whisk together all the ingredients for the yum yum sauce except water.
2. Once mixed, add in the water a little at a time until you get the desired consistency.
For the Salmon
1. Remove the skin from the Salmon and cut into square chunks about an inch.
2. Add to a bowl.
3. Add in the olive oil and seasonings above.
4. Mix until salmon is well coated.
5. Heat about a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and sear salmon for about 3 minutes per side.
For the final assembly
1. Pair this with rice and the vegetables of your choosing.
2. Top with the yum yum sauce and enjoy.
