- 1 lb salmon fillets
- light cooking spray

- white jasmine rice
- mayo
- Sriracha
- furikake
- fresh cucumbers
- seaweed sheets (nori)
- Soy sauce

Directions

Marinating the Salmon
1. Marinate your salmon fillets with the Yuzu misoyaki starters.
2. Marinate overnight covered.
Air Frying the Salmon
1. The next day, place the salmon fillets in your air fryer and lightly spray with cooking spray.
2. Air fry at 390F for 12-15 mins or until fully cooked.
Assembling the Salmon Rice
1. Assemble your salmon rice by adding salmon fillets, rice, sriracha, soy sauce, kewpie Mayo, and furikake.
2. Mix well.
Serving the Dish
1. Serve with a side of fresh cucumbers and seaweed sheets (nori).
