- 300 g Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp All-purpose seasoning
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
- 300 g penne pasta, gluten free
- 300 ml lite cooking cream
- 100 g cheddar
- Pepper

Directions

1. Coat chicken with all-purpose seasoning and cook in a pan on high heat till cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Cook pasta to packet instructions.
3. Add garlic, pesto, cream, pepper, cheese and spinach in the same pan. Stir till thickened.
4. Add pasta to the pan and stir through.
5. Top pesto pasta with chicken and garnish with lemon, basil, chilli flakes and parmesan.
