Udon Recipe
- 3 Bacon, cut 1/4 inch strips
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 4 Scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 udon blocks
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 c 10% cream

For the bacon and onion
1. In a pan, cook the bacon and sliced onion over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
2. Add in the white part of the green onion and minced garlic, cook for another 4-5 minutes until the bacon is cooked and onion is softened.
For the udon noodles
1. Boil a pot for the udon noodles, cook according to package directions (roughly 1 minute).
For the sauce and final steps
1. Add the gochujang, soy sauce and cream to the pan and let it simmer, roughly a couple minutes.
2. Add in the udon noodles and the rest of the green part of the green onion.
3. Toss the noodles and cook for another minute.
4. Top with sesame seeds and dried seaweed.
