- 113 g unsalted gold butter
- 165 g light brown sugar
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 170 g Flour
- 18 g Cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100 g chocolate bar
- 0.5 c mini marshmallow

Preparation of Butter Mixture
1. Take a small pot and add butter.
2. Put it on low heat.
3. Once it reaches a toasty gold colour, immediately remove the pot from the heat.
4. Pour it in the mixing bowl and let it cool down a little.
Adding Ingredients to Butter Mixture
1. Now add brown and granulated sugar to the butter.
2. Mix it well and then add an egg and vanilla extract.
3. Give it another mix.
4. Now add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
Forming and Filling Cookie Dough Balls
1. Once it’s well combined and looks “chocolate brown” make 12 cookie dough balls.
2. Now take a small spoon to create a hollow shape to add tiny marshmallows and cover it with Hershey chocolate pieces.
3. Then place it on a lined baking sheet.
Refrigeration and Baking
1. Keep it refrigerated for 20 minutes and during that time preheat your oven to 325F degrees.
2. Then bake it for 9-10 minutes.
