1. Roast halved garlic cloves covered in olive oil until golden brown.
2. In a pan, caramelize cherry tomatoes in olive oil on medium heat.
3. Add roasted garlic and Kalamata olives to the pan, sauté.
4. Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise, fold each piece lengthwise, and roll to form rose shapes.
5. Toast French sourdough, dipping in oil before toasting.
6. Spread Burrata on one side of the toast.
7. On the other side, add the roasted garlic and tomato mixture.
8. Finish by placing two basil leaves with a prosciutto rose in the center.
9. Enjoy.
