- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. On a lined baking sheet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion.
3. Roast until the edges are charred. About 30 minutes depending on the size of the slices.
