Main ingredients
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 250 ml Veggie broth
- 400 grams diced tomatoes, about 1 can
- 400 grams Kidney beans
- 400 grams Black beans, about 1 can
- 15 grams Dark chocolate, at least 90%, sugar free
- 1 tsp Paprika, heaped
- 1 tsp Ground cumin, heaped
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder

1. Finely chop one onion and 2 garlic cloves. Chop the bell pepper into small cubes.
2. Pour some oil in a large pot and fry onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes or until translucent. Add paprika powder, ground cumin and chili and fry for another 4-5 minutes to let the flavours elaborate.
3. Add 250 ml veggie broth, canned diced tomatoes, beans, bell pepper and dark chocolate. Let it simmer for 20 minutes, and stir occasionally to make sure it doesn't burn. Let it sit for 10 minutes to cool down & enjoy!
4. Optional, but highly recommended: top with sour cream to balance flavors
