Main Dish
- 6 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 2 lbs Chicken thighs
- 0.5 c gochugaru
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable or corn oil
- 0.5 tsp ground pepper
- 0.333 c Honey
- 1 Green onion
- 1 can of corn
- 2 tbsp mayo
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 tbsp Sugar
- Mozzarella cheese
- Rice
- seaweed
- Sesame seeds

Preparation of Chicken
1. Mince ginger and garlic.
2. Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces.
3. Marinate chicken in a bowl with ginger, garlic, gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, oil, pepper, and honey. Feel free to marinate overnight for best flavor, but not necessarry!
4. Cook on a cast iron pan on medium high covered for 10 minutes.
Preparation of Corn
1. Strain your corn.
2. Mix mayo, pepper, sugar, and butter in a bowl with corn.
3. Cook corn on another pan medium low heat.
4. Add cheese and set aside.
Final Assembly
1. Make sure chicken is cooked and turn heat to low.
2. Move to one side of the cast iron pan.
3. Add in rice, seaweed, and sesame seeds to the middle of the cast iron pan.
4. Lastly, add corn cheese.
5. Add more cheese to corn.
6. Torch the cheese or put a lid over it so it melts.
7. Enjoy with a friend or two.
