- 2 Tbs Canola oil
- 4 Green onions, sliced (with the stem)
- 350 g rib eye
- 1 cup smoked bacon
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp Salt flower
- 1 tsp Fresh black pepper
- pinch Dried oregano
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 4 Tbs Cilantro, washed and disinfected
- 2 Limes, quartered

1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, stem included, and sautee until they start changing color. Add the rib eye and cook until browned; remove from the pan and place to the side.
2. In the same pan, sear the bacon until crispy and stir in the bell peppers; cook for 3 minutes.
3. Return the meat and onions to the pan and incorporate, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cook for 2 more minutes
4. Assemble your tacos with warm tortillas, garnished with cilantro leaves and lime to taste.
5. Share and enjoy.
