- 2 lb Chicken breast, thin sliced
- 1 lb Pasta, your favorite
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 Tbsp Jamaican Jerk Marinade
- Jerk Seasoning

Cooking the pasta
1. Cook the pasta to package direction in salted water.
2. Save about a cup of the pasta water before draining.
Preparing the chicken
1. Season the chicken with the Jerk seasoning then add about 3 Tbsp of Jerk Marinade.
2. Sear the chicken for about 4 minutes per side then let cook until about 165 internal temperature.
Sautéing the peppers
1. Remove the chicken then sauté peppers seasoning them with a little of the jerk seasoning.
2. Remove a few peppers for garnish then pour in the heavy cream.
3. Season it to taste and bring it to a simmer then add in the Parmesan cheese.
Combining the ingredients
1. Chop the chicken into bite chunks and mix in the sauce saving a few for to add to the top later.
2. Stir in the pasta add in a little of the pasta water to thin out the sauce.
3. Allow the pasta to simmer on low.
4. Plate with the additional peppers and chicken and enjoy.
Additional notes
1. For creamier pasta add more heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
