- 8 oz Mascarpone cheese
- 0.5 c heavy whipping cream
- 0.25 c Powdered sugar
- 0.25 c Milk
- 1 c freeze dried strawberries, powdered
- 1 c Strawberries, chopped
- 0.5 c strawberry jam
- 0.5 c strawberry syrup

Directions

Instructions for the strawberry jam and syrup
1. Add strawberry jam and syrup and whisk it until it’s well mixed.
2. Place it in a shallow container for an easy dip.
Instructions for the cream and cheese mix
1. Time to whip the cream and sugar.
2. Once a desired consistency, add mascarpone cheese to the mix.
3. Whisk it well.
4. Add milk if the mixture is too thick.
Instructions for preparing the strawberries
1. Chop the fresh strawberries into cubes.
2. Crush the freeze-dried strawberries in either a coffee blender or double bag a sealed bag and crush it with a heavy object like a meat tenderizer.
3. Make sure to not put too much pressure or the bag will explode.
Instructions for layering the tiramisu
1. Time to layer the tiramisu.
2. Dip the ladyfingers in the jam syrup for 5 seconds and place it on the bottom of the dish.
3. Add an even 1/4’ layer of mascarpone whip.
4. Then goes chopped strawberries.
5. Repeat the process one more time.
6. Let it set in the fridge overnight or at least 7-8 hours.
7. Sprinkle powdered strawberries before serving.
