- 2 c cheddar
- 1 celery rib
- 1 Carrot, small, diced
- 2 Scallions, diced
- 0.5 c ranch or blue cheese
- 0.25 c feta or blue cheese

For the chicken
1. Melt butter in skillet and add chicken.
2. Season with garlic, onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Stir in hot sauce and keep warm.
For the nachos
