Ingredients

- 2 cups Flour, 260g
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1.5 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 0.25 tsp clove powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.75 c Brown sugar, 170g
- 0.75 c White sugar, 170g
- 0.5 c Oil
- 0.5 c Butter, browned
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 can Pumpkin Puree, 425g
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
Cream Cheese Filling
- 6 oz Cream cheese, 170g, room temp
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0.25 c Sugar, 60g
- 1 Egg
Frosting Ingredients
- 4 oz Cream cheese, 113g
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter, 28g
- 1 c Powdered sugar, 125g
- 2 tbsp Milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F and brush a 10” bundt pan with butter generously.
2. Whisk together the ingredients of the cream cheese filling and set aside.
3. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices in a bowl.
4. In a different bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients of the cake.
5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
6. Pour half the batter into the bundt pan, then pour in the cream cheese filling followed by the remaining batter. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the batter.
7. Bake for about 60min until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
8. Make the frosting by whisking together all the ingredients. Spread it onto the cake once it has cooled down.
9. Serve and enjoy!
