- 0.5 Butter, stick
- 0.5 c Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tbsp Mascarpone cheese
- 0.25 c Cream
- 0.25 c pasta water
- 0.25 c Parmesan cheese
- dash Nutmeg
- Salt

1. Brown butter in pan over medium low heat.
2. Whisk pumpkin puree into butter until smooth.
3. Add Mascarpone & whisk into sauce until silky smooth.
4. Add cream & whisk into sauce.
5. Add salt & nutmeg and let sauce simmer for a minute until thickened.
6. Add pasta water to help loosen sauce before adding the parmesan.
7. Mix in your favorite pasta & enjoy!
