- 1 Baguette, sliced
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- 10 slice Prosciutto, halved
- 0.5 cup Arugula
- 3 peaches, sliced
- 0.5 cup Brown sugar
- salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice baguette and add to baking sheet and brush with olive oil. While baguette is baking, slice peach and dip peaches into brown sugar. Cook on a grill pan over med-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, until peach is browned. Once cooked remove from saucepan and set aside. Remove baguette from oven and top with prosciutto, arugula and peaches. Top with balsamic glaze, serve and enjoy!
