Pizza Dough
- 1 lb pizza dough, refrigerated
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 2 7-oz BUF Creamery Mozzarella Di Bufala
- 0.25 c melted butter
- 0.333 c Olive oil
- 0.333 c Parmesan, finely grated
- 3 clove Garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp Basil, freshly chopped
- 2 tbsp Parsley, freshly chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 450F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Slice the mozzarella into 1” pieces.
3. On a floured surface, divide the pizza dough into 22-25 pieces, depending on how big you want your Christmas tree shape.
4. Wrap a dough piece around each piece of mozzarella, sealing together the ends and rolling in between the palm of your hands to seal tightly.
5. Place the stuffed dough balls in a Christmas-tree shape on the prepared pan.
6. Brush with the egg wash.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown on top.
For the topping
1. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, grated parmesan, chopped basil, parsley, and minced garlic. Mix well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
2. Brush on the warm mozzarella-stuffed rolls to enjoy warm!
