- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 0.25 c diced onions
- 0.25 c diced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp fresh sofrito
- 1 tbsp adobo
- 1 tbsp sazón
- 1 tbsp pitted green olives
- 1 c diced potatoes
- 0.5 c Tomato sauce

1. In a medium skillet, add the oil, onions, peppers and sofrito.
2. Add the ground chicken to high heat. As the meat starts to cook, break up the meat into chunks.
3. Add the adobo, sazón, sofrito, and mix well into the meat.
4. Mix in the green olives and diced potatoes, cover, and reduce the heat to low.
5. Allow to cook until the meat turns brown, approximately 20 minutes.
6. Drain excess fat if needed.
7. Add the tomato sauce and allow it to simmer for a minute or two. Just make sure the meat doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom.
8. Remove from heat and enjoy with your favorite dish.
