Ingredients

Puff Pastry Bundles
- 1 pkg Puff pastry
- 1 bundle Asparagus
- 2 c Gruyere cheese
- 10 slices Prosciutto
- 1 Egg, brush all over the tops of bundles
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
2. Remove your prep pastry 1 hour prior to making this dish so that it can thaw. Follow the instructions on the package for thawing.
3. Prepare your asparagus by trimming the end and cutting so they are about 6 in long.
4. Drizzle them with a little bit of olive oil and salt and pepper.
5. Once the pastry is thawed, roll it out with a rolling pin and cut it into rectangles using a pizza cutter or a knife.
Assembling the bundles
1. To the middle of the puff pastry, add a piece of prosciutto, asparagus and top with gruyere cheese.
2. Create an egg wash by mixing one egg in a bowl.
3. Fold your edges of your puff pastry over and brush the egg wash on the puff pastry to seal the bundle.
4. Sprinkle the finished bundle with a little bit of finishing salt.
Baking
1. Place all bundles in the oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
2. Enjoy!
