- pepperoni, sliced
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- provolone cheese
- Truff’s Pasta Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Oregano

1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Roll out the dough and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
3. Place a teaspoon of pasta sauce on the dough then layer the provolone evenly over the dough, followed by the pepperoni leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
5. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a log shape, ensuring the filling remains inside.
6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and oregano.
7. Brush over the tops of each rolled pepperoni roll.
1. Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 12 minutes.
Preparing the Sauce
1. While the rolls are baking, warm the remaining truffle pasta sauce in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.
1. Once the rolls are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
2. Serve them warm with a side of the truffle pasta sauce for dipping.
