- 1 c Butter
- balsamic drizzle
- shaved Parmigiano reggiano, or Pecorino Romano
- Basil leaves, fresh, cut into strips or small pieces
- 0.25 c pecans, toasted & chopped
- sprinkle sea salt
- 16 oz sweet potato gnocchi

Cooking the Gnocchi
1. Cook Gnocchi in salted boiling water until floating and set aside until ready to add to sauce.
Preparing the Butter Sauce
1. Add Butter to pan over medium heat.
2. Let simmer until bubbling.
3. Once butter mixture becomes golden in color with light brown specs and a nutty aroma, turn heat to low and add gnocchi.
4. Let gnocchi mix fully into butter for 20-30 seconds and remove from heat.
Final Touches
1. Add a drizzle of balsamic, shaved parmesan, fresh basil, and pecans.
2. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.
