For the sandwich:
- 1 slice of gluten free bread
- 1 gluten free air fried chicken cutlet
- 1 handful Arugula
- 2 slices of prosciutto
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, + pepper
For the chicken cutlets
- 1 c Egg whites
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 c gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1.5 Garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- Salt, + pepper

For the chicken preparation
1. Add egg whites to a bowl and set aside.
2. Add gluten free breadcrumbs and seasoning to a second bowl. Set aside.
3. Option to pound chicken.
4. Dip chicken into egg whites, then into breadcrumb mix, and set into air fry basket.
5. Repeat until all chicken breasts are breaded.
6. Option to spray with light cooking spray.
7. Air fry on 390 for approximately 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and breading is crispy!
For the sandwich assembly
1. Toast the bread.
2. Top with chicken cutlet, prosciutto, arugula.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
