- 0.75 tbsp Garlic, grated
- 1 Shallot, small, finely diced
- 0.5 can water chestnuts
- 1 packet Ground pork
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
- 7 Shrimp, large, diced

Directions

Prepare the Ingredients
1. Prepare ginger by using a spoon to peel the skin and peel garlic.
2. Finely dice shallot.
3. Open the can of water chestnuts and cut until finely diced.
4. Peel and devein shrimp and dice into small pieces.
Prepare the Filling
1. Put ground pork into a bowl and grate garlic and ginger.
2. Add water chestnuts, egg, and shrimp.
3. Season with soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and salt and pepper.
4. Mix thoroughly using a glove.
Assemble and Cook the Wontons
1. Take a wonton wrapper and add a small amount of filling to the center and start folding in the sides by pinching inwards.
2. Steam for 15-20 minutes until the pork is cooked.
Final Step
1. Enjoy and save the rest of the filling for later use!
