- 4 Flour tortillas, 8-inch
- 2 c Mozzarella, shredded
- 0.5 green pepper
- 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2.25 oz black olives, canned, sliced, drained
- 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce, plus more for serving

1. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over half of each tortilla.
2. Sprinkle about ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
3. Top with the green peppers, red onions and black olives.
4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the toppings.
5. Fold over the other half of the tortilla over the toppings to form half a circle and press down.
6. Carefully place the pizzadilla in a preheated skillet over medium heat and cook until brown and crispy on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes.
7. Carefully flip the pizzadilla over and cook until brown and crispy on the other side, about 2-3 more minutes.
8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
9. Slice each pizzadilla into thirds.
10. Serve with the remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
