- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion, small, diced
- 0.5 green pepper
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 lb shaved steak
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 1 pack hawaiian rolls
- mayo
- 7 slices provolone cheese
Garlic Butter
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium pan, add olive oil then onions and peppers and sauté.
3. Then add minced garlic cook until fragrant.
4. Then add in steak meat and cook.
5. Then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Assembling the Sliders
1. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half.
2. Place on a lined baking sheet.
3. To the top half, spread mayo.
4. Add meat to bottom half, then provolone cheese.
5. Place top half back on then spread your melted butter mixture.
6. Optional: Add fresh Parmesan on top of buns.
1. Bake in oven uncovered for 10-15 min or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Final Step
1. Take out of oven.
2. Slice the sliders and enjoy!
