- 1 kg ground beef and chicken
- 3 Onions, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies
- 0.5 c fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
- 1 tbsp carom seeds
- 1 tbsp black cumin
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds, crushed
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds, crushed
- 1.5 tsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp red chilli
- 1 tsp cumin powder, Zeera Powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper, Kali Mirch
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp Flour, Maida
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c Oil, for frying

For the kabab
1. In a bowl add chicken and beef ground meat.
2. Then add all the finely chopped veggies along with powder and crushed spices.
3. Mix it well and set it aside (or in the fridge) for 30 minutes so it marinates.
4. Once ready to fry, take a generous amount of mixture and shape it flat and wide as big as your palm.
5. Now add thinly slice tomatoes to the top.
6. Fry facing down for 3-4 minutes. Tomato should be fully cooked before flipping it.
7. Once cooked, let it cool on a paper towel lined cookie sheet.
For the side
1. Cut some potatoes.
2. Add in 1 tbsp of Olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp paprika powder.
3. Once evenly coated, bake it at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
4. Enjoy it with some chopped salad, hot naan and mint yogurt (Raita)!
