- 10 oz chocolate candy melts

Step 1: Making the Oreo Cheesecake Dough
1. Start by adding your 36 Oreos and cream cheese to a food processor and blend it until a thick dough forms. If it’s too “wet” add some more Oreos to thicken it.
Step 2: Freezing the Oreo Cheesecake Balls
1. Freeze the Oreo cheesecake balls for 30 minutes or until nice and firm so you can coat them easily.
Step 3: Preparing the Pretzel Legs
1. While they’re freezing break your stick pretzels in half and use some melted white chocolate to connect the 2 pieces to make little legs.
Step 4: Coating and Decorating
1. Coat the cream cheese Oreo balls in melted chocolate candy melts (microwave for 30-45 seconds) and then immediately place the little legs into the sides.
2. Once the chocolate hardens use your white icing gel to adhere the little candy eyeballs to the front.
3. Let chill for 20 minutes in the fridge before serving.
