Ingredients

Graham Crackers or Tea Biscuits
- 500 g Graham Crackers or Tea Biscuits
Toasted Pecans or Walnuts
- 1 c Toasted Pecans or Walnuts
Butter
- 1.5 sticks Butter, or 170g
Water
- 1 c water
Sugar
- 1 c Sugar
Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Ganache
- 0.5 c Whipping Cream
- 0.5 c Chopped Semi Sweet Chocolate

Directions

Preparing the base
1. Break apart the crackers or biscuits in a mixing bowl.
2. Then add toasted pecans or walnuts.
Preparing the chocolate mixture
1. Add sugar, cocoa powder, water in a pan.
2. Heat it up and add the butter.
3. Bring it to a boil on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
4. Once the mixture cools down, add the vanilla extract.
Mixing and setting the cake
1. Pour the chocolate mixture to crackers and nuts. Mix it well.
2. Add it to your preferred springform pan and add parchment paper to the bottom so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
3. Let it set in the fridge overnight for best results otherwise at least 4 hours.
Final touches
1. Pour the chocolate ganache on the cake and let it chill for another 30 minutes.
2. Now add the spooky ghost pretzels on top otherwise use chopped nuts to decorate to complete the look.
