Main Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breast, thinly pounded
- 1 lb orecchiette pasta
- 4 tbsp Kosher salt, for pasta water
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.75 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 Shallot, thinly diced
- 3 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 c pasta water
- 2 c heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 c Spinach, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic, salt, pepper seasoning
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Tony’s seasoning

Cooking the pasta
1. Cook your pasta according to the packaging instructions. Make sure to add salt to the water.
2. Also reserve the cooked pasta water.
Preparing and cooking the chicken
1. Start by seasoning your chicken with extra virgin olive oil, and seasoning and mix well.
2. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat and add a little butter.
3. Place your chicken in the skillet. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
4. Remove the chicken once it's cooked.
Preparing the sauce
1. In the same skillet add the rest of the butter.
2. Once your butter is melted add shallots and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
3. Next add heavy cream and reserve pasta water.
4. Keep your heat at medium and let the sauce reduce down.
Final steps
1. As the sauce reduces, add in cooked pasta and spinach.
2. Once tight bubbles appear, turn off heat and add in cheese and season with Tony's.
3. Serve your creamy pasta with your blackened chicken.
4. Enjoy!
