- 45 g glutinous rice flour
- 10 g Corn starch
- 30 g Sugar
- 80 g milo milk
- 10 g Butter

Prepare the Dough
1. In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, corn starch, sugar and Milo milk.
2. Mix until combined; Filter and transfer to a pan.
3. Add butter; Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
4. Knead until stretchy. (It'll be hot, so let it cool a bit and knead by stretching)
5. Dust corn flour and transfer the mochi.
Final Steps
1. Divide and coat with corn flour/Milo powder to prevent sticking.
2. Pair it with cream and any cookie crumbs (I used coconut flakes).
3. Enjoy!
