- 1 small white onion
- 3 clove Garlic
- Shrimp
- miswa or Chinese vermicelli
- Eggs
- water
- Fish sauce

1. Peel patola and cut into small discs.
2. Cut onion into 4 pieces and mince garlic.
3. Add oil to a pot and fry garlic until lightly browned.
4. After that, add onions.
5. Drop in shrimp and mix until cooked.
6. Then, add patola.
7. Pour in water (depending on how soupy you want it).
8. Cover and bring to a boil.
9. Add in miswa noodles, lower the heat, and mix.
10. Add in 3 eggs, but do not mix it.
11. Season with fish sauce and that's it!
