Chicken Sandwich
- 250 g chicken
- 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 0.5 Carrot
- 0.5 capsicum
- 0.5 cabbage
- 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
- bread slices
- 2 tablespoon Ap flour
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Butter, or ghee

Prepare the Chicken
1. In a bowl, add the flattened chicken, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, vinegar, and oil.
2. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Cook the chicken on both sides for 5 minutes on low flame.
4. Cut the chicken into cubes.
Prepare the Filling
1. Add the carrot, capsicum, cabbage (you can use any veggies) and mayonnaise to the chicken.
2. Mix well and keep it aside. The filling is ready.
Prepare the Bread Shawarma
1. Take a bread slice and cut off the sides.
2. Flatten the bread slice into a thin sheet.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of the filling.
4. Fold and seal the side with the (flour+water) paste.
5. Add butter/ghee in a pan and cook the bread shawarma on both sides on low flame until all sides are golden.
6. Dip in mayo or your favorite sauce and enjoy!
