Steak and Sauce
- 12 oz ribeye steak
- beef bouillon powder
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.25 bell pepper
- 1 stalk Scallion, thin rounds, separate greens and white
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes, optional
- 3 tbsp water
- 0.5 tbsp Corn starch
- 0.5 tbsp Butter
- crunchy fried garlic

Seasoning the Steak
1. Season the steak on all sides with the beef bouillon powder.
2. Set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables and Sauce
1. Cut the garlic, bell pepper and scallions.
2. Make sure to separate the scallion greens and whites.
3. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, black pepper, chili flakes, water, and cornstarch.
5. Mix well.
Cooking the Steak
1. Heat pan with oil and sear steak on both sides and cook to desired doneness.
2. Let steak rest for 10 minutes before cutting into it.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In the same pan as the steak, sauté the garlic, bell pepper, and scallion whites for 1 minute.
2. Then add the sauce.
3. Once the sauce thickens, turn off the heat and add the butter.
4. Stir in the butter until it melts.
Plating the Dish
1. To plate, cut the steak into strips or cubes, and place on plate.
2. Add the sauce on top.
3. Sprinkle the scallion greens, and top it off with crunchy fried garlic.
