- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 large yellow onion
- 0.25 c Olive oil
- 4 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 c tomato purée
- 16 oz pasta box
- Parsley

1. In a pan add oil and once it’s hot add the chopped onion.
2. Once the onion changes its color to caramel, add in the ground chicken.
3. Let it cook halfway before adding in the garlic.
4. Now cook until ground chicken becomes golden.
5. Then add salt, smoked paprika (add Kashmiri laal mirch for substitute).
6. Then add the tomato purée and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Finally add cottage cheese and cook it for the last 2 minutes.
8. Now add the boiled pasta and mix it well.
9. Garnish it with parsley before serving.
