Spicy Turkey
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tbsp Frank's RedHot sauce
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Mango Salsa
- 1 mango, diced
- 0.25 c Red onion, finely chopped
- 0.25 c Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- 8 small soft corn or flour tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
- cotija cheese

Cook the Spicy Turkey
1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
2. Add Frank's RedHot sauce, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the turkey.
3. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the flavors are well combined and the turkey is cooked through.
4. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred level of spiciness.
Prepare the Mango Salsa
1. In a bowl, combine the diced mango, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
2. Mix gently to combine.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Warm the Tortillas
1. Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave according to the package instructions until they are warm and pliable.
Assemble the Tacos
1. Spoon the spicy turkey mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Add Mango Salsa
1. Top the turkey with a generous spoonful of mango salsa.
1. Sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro and crumbled cotija cheese over the top of each taco.
1. Serve the tacos immediately with extra lime wedges and any additional toppings you prefer.
